ReplyDeleteMy piece this month is the Mama Breath, taken from the online workshop you did some months ago. The more mindful I become, the less mindfull I see that I am, how I spend way too much of my day on automatic pilot. So in working on mindfullness, I am aspiring to take a good breath everytime my son says mama and each time before acting so that I can do so with peace, kindness, and love. That's my piece this month. Elizabeth.
